7. Creator Revenue Model

11. Limitation of Liability

    Chat2Me.AI is committed to safe, ethical, and responsible use of artificial intelligence. This policy outlines how we design, deploy, and govern AI systems across the platform.

2. Core Principles

    **Safety First** — We actively implement safeguards to prevent harmful, abusive, or illegal outputs; reduce misinformation and hallucinations; and detect and manage high-risk interactions.


    **Human Oversight** — AI responses may be monitored or supplemented by human agents. Escalation pathways exist for sensitive or complex cases.


    **Transparency** — Users are informed when interacting with AI systems. AI-generated responses may not always be accurate or complete.

3. Acceptable AI Use

    Users must not use Chat2Me.AI to:

  • Promote violence, self-harm, or illegal activity
  • Generate harmful or deceptive content
  • Impersonate individuals or organisations deceptively
  • Exploit vulnerabilities of individuals or groups

4. High-Risk Content Handling

    We apply additional safeguards for:

Creator Terms (Revenue Share Model)

Effective Date: March 2026

1. Overview

    These Creator Terms apply to individuals or entities ("Creators") who submit, operate, or monetise AI characters or services on Chat2Me.AI.

2. Creator Role

    Creators:

  • Propose AI character concepts
  • Contribute expertise, personality, or content
  • Promote their AI services
  • May respond directly to users (where applicable)

3. Approval & Control

  • All AI characters are subject to approval by Chat2Me.AI
  • We may modify, suspend, or remove any character at our discretion
  • We retain final control over deployment, safety, and user experience

4. Revenue Share

  • Creators may receive up to 50% of net revenue generated by their AI character
  • "Net revenue" excludes: payment processing fees (e.g. Stripe fees), taxes, refunds, and chargebacks, platform operational costs (if applicable)
  • Payment schedules and thresholds will be specified separately

5. Creator Responsibilities

    Creators agree:

  • Not to submit misleading, harmful, or unlawful content
  • To comply with all applicable laws and platform policies
  • To maintain appropriate conduct when interacting with users

6. Intellectual Property

  • Creators retain ownership of their original content
  • By participating, Creators grant Chat2Me.AI a licence to use, adapt, and deploy their content within the platform and to promote the AI character

7. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate Creator participation:

  • For policy violations
  • For inactivity or underperformance
  • To protect users or platform integrity

8. Payments & Tax

  • Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations
  • Payments may require identity verification and compliance checks

Community Guidelines

1. Purpose

    These guidelines define acceptable behaviour for all users interacting on Chat2Me.AI.

2. Respectful Conduct

    Users must:

  • Treat others with respect
  • Avoid harassment, hate speech, or abusive language
  • Respect cultural and linguistic diversity

3. Prohibited Behaviour

    You must not:

  • Engage in illegal activity
  • Share harmful or explicit content
  • Attempt scams, fraud, or impersonation
  • Abuse AI systems or attempt to bypass safeguards

4. Sensitive Topics

    When engaging with mental health, personal crisis, or vulnerable individuals — users should act responsibly and not exploit or mislead others.

5. Enforcement

    We may:

  • Remove content
  • Restrict or suspend accounts
  • Permanently ban users

Subscription & Billing Terms

1. Billing Model

    Services are offered on a subscription and/or usage basis. Billing is processed securely via Stripe.

2. Recurring Payments

    Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You authorise recurring charges to your payment method.

3. Pricing

    Prices are displayed at time of purchase. We may change pricing with prior notice.

4. Cancellation

    You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

    Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. No partial refunds for unused periods.

6. Failed Payments

    If payment fails, access may be suspended and we may retry billing.

7. Taxes

    Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

AWS Bedrock / Anthropic AI Disclosures

AI Infrastructure

    Chat2Me.AI utilises third-party AI infrastructure including:

  • Amazon Web Services (including AWS Bedrock)
  • Anthropic

Model Behaviour Disclaimer

    AI models generate responses based on patterns in data. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or contextually inappropriate. Users should not rely on AI outputs as sole sources of truth.

Data Processing

    Inputs may be processed by third-party AI systems to generate responses. Data handling is subject to our Privacy Policy and AWS and Anthropic data handling practices.
